ØKOUKA celebrates Norwegian organic food and aims to show you what organic and biodynamic food production and farming entail through sharing knowledge, food culture, and a joy of food. 

The week will showcase the diversity of farming and food production in Norway and link this to people's everyday lives. During the week, people will be brought together in courses, seminars, and other events of both a theoretical and practical nature. You can take part in farm markets, taste samples of various kinds, and much, much more. You can learn, be inspired, and practise ecology!

12 stakeholders and organisations are behind ØKOUKA and all of them work with organic and biodynamic production and consumption, regionally and nationally, with farmers, private consumers, and institutional households.
